Hawaiian Sunset

Postby X-Gen » Mon Jul 16, 2007 5:26 am

Ok, I'm really sorry about the pictures I uploaded. I'm used to using other websites for pictures on forums. I've fixed them now; please don't be too angry at me!

Anyway, about the picture: Thanks for the positive feedback. Hopefully I'll have some better, brighter images soon.

Any comments are appreciated =)

WOW :o Great shot!
I really like the cirrus clouds and the colour of the sky,
but the ground is a little too dark, IMO.

Hi mate, welcome to the V or the madhouse as some prove it to be ... hope you enjoy your stay with us.

FIRST I SUGGEST YOU READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING HERE ...

(basically: upload to SimV (here) and shots cannot exceed 100kb)
And competition shots MUST be 800 wide ...

Other than that ... nice sunset, but the shot itself is nothing special.
I think your water and cloud textures deserve a little more attention ...

Not bad, but your screenshot is linked to an outside website, and it's filesize is too big...

Like people before me have said, file size is too big (1mb?!?)

Anyway, nice shot, I like it :)

wow, I miscounted a digit! I saved it to my computer, and it reads at 1.28 MB...! :o
It's also a 'png' image file.

I had a hunch that the signature image was probably the same thing, so I checked it also. Sure enough, it's at 90Kb, and it's also linked to another website... ::)
