Apart from those canvas like block these are very nice! The lighting in these shots is very dramatic, makes it look like these were taken during a forrest fire as dusk. Really impressive stuff.

And if somebody can explain these blocks I would be happy to listen ... I get these too sometimes but less compression doesn't always solve the problem.

nice set.
The blocks look like a canvas type "paper". check your graphice program settings to see if textured canvas is selected by default.

Dunno what program are you using to resize the shots, but check if it has other means of resizing (bicubic, bilinear, pixel per pixel...) and see if one of those doesnt give you that problem.

I think it adds character to the shot, gives it a home-made look

FSX Acceleration settings on max, no twitches or glitches.
