Right click on desktop -> "Properties" -> "Settings" -> And the text above the screen resolution slider reads "[Your monitor] on [your graphics adapter]"

Please post which GPU you have ... and we'll try to help you sort it out

Nice!! Have you tried editing your FS9.cfg to help with the blurries?

Please be carefull with that and please do backup your fs9.cfg!! Editing your fs9.cfg can be higher math if you don't know what you're doing!
