Tired of just flying to and from everywhere without much purpose other then building up hours on the FTG. Circling the world got old, after flying my real life routes from FWA-TPE-FWA I didnt feel like doing that again anytime soon, been to several places more then I care to remember. So decided on a new goal...fly to every country possible. Began in Kuwait and flew to the United Arab Emirates. Then today took off to Bahrain. So 3 down out of.........damn this is going to be a lot of flights
So the first part of the quest is to cover the Middle East
Since Dubai seems like a good place for short Middle Eastern hops I caught the first flight out of Kuwait. Took off around 4 AM. Ended up with a very nice tailwind that put us way ahead of schedule. Gate wouldnt be ready that quick so decided to slow down and take a long decent. Here we are at only 190 knots decending to 5,000.

Slowing down on the decent seemed to work. Still coming in a little early but not nearly as much had it been a standard decent and approch.

Welcome to Dubai...current local time is aprox 6 AM.

By 8:30 AM it was off to my next destination...Bahrain. Unfortunatly as you will see in the next shot this flight wasnt so pleasant once below 10,000.

40 knot crosswind with gusts up to 50. To top it all off they sent me in for the visual runway 12 approch. This is the first try, took 2 go-arounds but finally managed to stick a half way decent landing...3rd times a charm
Attention all passengers, we recamend you give that seatbelt an extra tug cause this aint going to be pretty...Weeeeeeeeeeeeee

May not have pulled off this first try but at least I was on the glideslope
Only 10 minutes late though
Now back to Dubai to connect with my next hop to....

.
