Which preview do you mean? Were you viewing the original images or the saved ones? Uploading images shouldn't affect compression or anything else. I note that these are all well under the limit. If it's quality you're after it might be better to post a couple less images (maximum 5) as near the maximum file size (100Kb each) as you can get.
