Hmmm.... it seems inevitable - I'm going to have to get FSX. I can see a ton of space stuff coming out which will make it worth it for me for that reason alone........ thank you for posting a link Waspi!

Any chance of a link for that HUGE gundam you posted? Dendronium Orchid Blasphemy Cod-liver-oil MegaSatsuma X or whatever it was called? If it's for FS9, particularly...

No wait Krigl ! You're going to face some great dissapointment if you switch to FSX just for that !
The fact is that in FSX, rocket engines are still not implemented. So you still have no chance to simulate anything else than a X-15 flight, that is, going very fast in the atmosphere to make just a small "jump" out of it, without engines (flameout) nor controls.

Additionnaly, the "map positionning" doesn't allow you to set a very high speed, so you get absolutely NO CHANCE to get in orbit... that's bad...

Ahhh but you don't know me Daube  ;) Who says I want to actually simulate anything (though that would be cool) - I just want to slew into space and take pics  ;D
