It's the Project Opensky (POSKY) 747SP. Found here http://www.simviation.com/fs2004jets185.htm at the top of the page  ;)

#1 is excellent...great job on that one :o.

#2 and 3 are pretty good...but the last isn't nearly as good as the others...I think the fog is too strong...
