Also try to get to know when to raise the nose... depending on the weight/fuel...

well im not that much of a rookie.. ive been flying with a joystick for about a year.. and with a keyboard for 3 years... but im used to rotating at 180-200 knots in a 747. This one didnt get proper lift right off the bat like the defaults do :-[
