Orbiter Shots

Postby Katahu » Tue Jan 16, 2007 10:45 pm

Addons:
Volumetric Clouds
F-22 Raptor

I have to say, this is a big step for Orbiter. Clouds in OSFS? Sweet!

Of course, Orbiter already has stock clouds. However, those stock clouds are just flat textures laid onto a transparent sphere.

I am just a train fan who happens to like flying and attempting to get the better of the mods especially those with 20/20 vision ;D ;D

Sorry to bust your bubble, but this is still Orbiter 2006. 2007 isn't due for at least several months [or so I heard]. ;D

Ah, dammit! I wonder when the last time I flew Soyuz was though... that was one hell of a ride!  :D

I started playing orbiter again a couple days ago.  I can get most stuff into a good orbit (got a delta glider in a near perfect orbit, .00002 eccentricity).  I gave up orbiter over the weekend though, I was trying to get the Delta Glider to dock with the ISS and kept coming REALLY close but not close enough.

That's a much better F22 model than anything freeware for FS!
