Nothing too special, decided to take my Maule for a spin.  What do you think of this quick one?

Too close to the plane to really show anything and a little too dark. Was it supposed to show the instruments from the outside model? If so it succeeded, but paying the price of being really interesting. :-/

Better luck next time. [smiley=beer.gif]

Thanks for the advice Ashaman, next time I will not have to get so close.

Red skies have always been a topic for discussion here at V, usually those discussions don't end up being too positive. Red is good but it should be less intense. As realistic as possible, unless you're trying to create a surrealistic or melodramatic mood.  :)

Actually, the shot could have been much better simply with a little more light. In this way, additionnaly from the cockpit details, we could have seen some scenery details. That's not easy, but you've still got many tries left ;)

Pretty cool, but if you're really trying to take a good question (like for a competition) you've got to do something about those clouds :-/.  Obviously your cloud draw distance is not very far (neither is mine :P), and if you want a good-looking screenshot you've gotta crank that up!

Other than that, I think the others have said it all ;).

Excellent advice, thanks very much i appreciate that a lot.  Sometime soon when I am not so busy I will spend some more time on them.  As you can tell by this shot, it is not one of my good ones.  It was a concept really, I had an idea and tried to put it into practice and wanted your opinions.  I didnt spend very long on it but give it some more time....I think that if i zoomed out a bit, made it later in the day and gave some more clouds to it it could be a good shot.
Cheers for the advice anyway lads
