Having my beloved drivers back, I finally got back to some serious flying...
Yesterdayevening a 737 from easyjet was forced to perform an emergency landing at Ostend airport, due to a malfunction in one of the engines. Today, the problem was solved, but someone had to bring this puppy back to it's base in London (Luton)... So I volunteered... ;D
Ready to go, all we need to do is close the door... go ahead Sarah!
I love the power on these beasties, they go up ever so easily...
Weather wasn't very smooth, but the clouds looked really nice this evening...
In no time we were over the channel and into British airspace...
Luton awaited us... everything set and making final adjustments before landing...
I thought I was rusty on my landings with this jet, but I did put her down just behind the numbers and a bit off-center... I've done worse before!
So, the lady is safely home... time to head down to the pub...
