Yes it's a really lovely and enjoyable VFR flight. You just take off from Courchevel, turn left and follow the main valleys. It takes about 30 mins depending on your aircraft and you'll be flying at about 3/3500 ft with the mountains above you on either side. You emerge from the mountains that you can see in the first shot.
Best to use your GPS with terrain showing until you get to know the way as you fly well off the direct course and have a big left dog-leg to turn towards Aix.
I'd recommend it in FS2004 as well. Don't know whether there's an Aix scenery (probably is) but make sure you have Courchevel pro (freeware) installed. I've got Silverwings textures and it's a gorgeous flight at any time of the year. Add a little bit of cloud to dodge and it's very enjoyable.
Bit more tricky finding your way back to Courchevel and landing, especially without a GPS
