HAHA! That was the word I was looking for!!
I'm not a native English speaker, so I couldn't remember what it was called ;)

But I knew it had something to do with U2 though.

Fabulous shot Congo! Classics! Especially #4 ... Vertigo indeed!

There are two different runways in those shots, they are the main airports with ILS approaches.

There are ten runways deep within the canyons and at least four on the mountaintops.
