My first FSX Shot :(

My first FSX demo shot.

While I might say that the water looks pretty darn nice here. But I have to say it didn't look quite as beautiful when looking down at it from the sky. I did notice that the water seemed to have two shades or levels to it, moving in oposite directions. I wonder if this is what gives it that reflective look when at sea level.

I only have to say is since this is what the default water looks like in FSX. I can only begin to ponder what scenery designers will create from this base! We all know how flat the default water in FS9 was. It came alive with some impressive addons by Bill Lyons.

One will have to just have to wait and see. M$ once again gives us a nice base to build off of. I can only imagine what is yet to come  :o

i think you should be very happy with the way it looks, considering some people cant even get water effects, its a very nice shot  ;)

You can say that again. Have you seen Rollerballs recent screenshots of the moving carriers? It surprised me when I found out that you can finally land on a moving deck in FSX. :D

I bet every addon developer [me included] will go nuts over this.

No I haven't seen that, you got a link? I am just becoming aware of the FSX demo (about 3 nights ago exactly)
