I have never flown over Tampa in real life. So, I have no clue.

Just do a search in AvSim using just the term "Tampa" under "FS2004 Scenery" and you should get no more than page worth of results.

Sorry for the bump, but to answer the question about the runnway, I live down in Florida about an hour's drive south of Tampa, and I have flow out of Tampa many, many times, and the run off of the runnway gose a little bit.
