Very nice, but where is the Tigermoth? ;)

Great shots otherwise, love the bulldog. :)

What are Slingsbys actually used for then? Elementary flight training only takes place in the Grob Tutor as far as I've seen / heard. So where does the Firefly fit in? It must do something because RAF Church Fenton is home to a number of them as well as Tutors.

They're used at RAF Barkston Heath for training Royal Navy & I believe Army pilots. http://www.royal-navy.mod.uk/server/show/nav.2401 Not sure about RAF. :-/

It's Tiger Moth. Nice idea but you missed more than one. There's the Maggie, Master, Harvard & Piston Provost to name but a few. Not sure there's FS versions of them all though.

Not as such. All RAF pilots now complete EFT on the Tutor before going to Linton/Strawberry/Cranwell (depending on role streaming). They used to do some RAF EFT on the lower powered Fireflys at Church Fenton but they've been gone a few years now...

Only the Army and Navy use the DEFTS Fireflys now at Barkston, although the RAF use some at Cranwell for the short MELIN (Multi Engine Lead IN) Course before flying the King Air (for those coming straight from EFT)...
