It's just like American Airlines and American Eagle, Delta and Delta Connection, SAS and Snowflake.
They are all "Sister airlines"
BMI baby is still owned by BMI, but BMI baby takes the smaller rutes, I guess.. :)

like theis said the difference is that BMI Baby fly the shorter routes from smaller airports such as doncaster  and durham tees whereas BMI flyfrom the bigger airports and onger routes as far as i know could be wrong though
