eurocopter sydney harbour and back

Postby stick » Fri May 12, 2006 10:31 am

Parking at sydney airport in the travis county eurocopter. Captain Stick and co-pilot Chiptas are on their way. Yorkshire is driving them in. He appears to be lost though. There hoping he finds the airport eventually.
Image

Flying finally. It appears Yorkshire missed the turnoff to the airport, but Stick and Chiptas are both pleased they missed the bottom of the bridge.

Banking over the harbour with sydney in the background, there is a rumbling noise in the co-pilots seat and Chiptas is looking a little green.
Image

Having a great time, but must be returning to the airport. Chiptas needs a glass of eno's. Image

Hovering ready to land. Somethings wrong. Hang on, where's yorkshire?   :o  He's buggered off and left us. It's gonna be a long walk home said Stick to Chiptas.

Some grainy shots there. Picture quality was amazing before i saved . Had to reduce the standard pics quality on some, by half, when saving them. Im using ifranview.  Any suggestions how to remedy this?

Well, first off I would (and do) bypass Irfanview and use Screenhunter 4.0 (free) for capturing the shots.

It usually takees shots at around 1140*900 or so. That way, when you compress the shots, your not killing the shot by making it grainy.

Yaknow, i live about 20 miles from where that EXACT heli is stationed...

Travis County Starflight rescue team from Austin Texas.... they're awesome, and i've seen that eurocopter take off too.... those people don't play arround.

And also, the model is slightly late, as they are getting a new model for the Travis County starflight.
