"Ghostrider 1 request clearance for flyby"

"Negative Ghostrider, the pattern is full"

Snodgrass?

The first Flight School Graduate to be selected for F-14 Tomcat training.

The first non-fleet experienced pilot to carrier qualify in the F-14, both day and night.

The "Navy's Fighter Pilot of the Year" in 1985.

The guy that led 34 missions in Desert Storm as overall Strike or Fighter Lead.

The Tomcat Flight Demonstration Pilot 1985-1997.

The guy that recieved Legion of Merit for superior performance in positions of great responsibility.

The guy that recieved a Bronze Star for Leadership and Valor during Desert Storm

...Recieved Air Medal for Valor during Desert Storm

...Navy Commendation Medal for Valor during Desert Storm

The same guy that now flies the F-86 "Skyblazers" at airshows.
In the F-86 his Signature maneuver is a super-low (10 ft wing tip to ground clearance), 350 knot Sabre Photo Pass.

THAT Dale Snodgrass ;)

Thanks for the info, I saw that famous shot and thought it's just some guy showing off, guess he's got a lot to show off about! That's some career record.
