Read the first thread before this one. In a word...BRILLIANT!!!!!!  I have thought long and hard about this and have decided to do a complete wipe and start from scratch. Although I will loose about 2.5 gigs of AC in my hanger, it won't take long to recover what I fly more than others. Anyway I have three questions based on this new cfg.

1. Is that default terrain? If not whats a good one for more or less a global scale? I'm currently using RealityPack.

2. Clouds. PerfectSky?

3. Water. Though not depicted in this thread, whats the best of the best these days? I think I'm using Morewater right now but am not 100% certain.

As you can see by my sig I think I can handle just about anything FS9 can throw at it. So don't hold back. What do you recomend for my 3rd FS Facelift.

Damn I wish I wasn't at work!! I have much to do. Great picks man!! Great pics!!!! ;)

Ahhh crap!! I meant skyworld. Thats what I'm currently using. I've heard of Lennarts textures but don't know alot about it. Is it a complete pack that changes all of the terrain? The trees and what have you? Lots of work ahead of me............

Lennart's textures change the world part-wise so let's say the Europe or the US you can copy it into the main folder but I've heard you'll have grass growing in the Sahara. Might wanna ask Kris ( Omag )  about that since I think he knows more about it. Some Silverwings is also mixed throughout my fs world as a leftover from that install... My sim is a mixed up bunch of trial and mostly error but I'm satisfied with the look of some parts. Wanna play withj airdield addons some more!

Lennart's Textures change the ground textures for Europe, North America and South America, one at a time (there's a switch to decide which continent you want to have Lennart's installed on ;))
Lennart's are very good indeed, and with some tweaking you can get them all over the world (like I have), but it has it's consequences - sometimes there is sand on the mountains (not much at all though).

If you think it'll be too complicated, try Bluesphere - the'yre pretty good, but I prefer Lennart's IMHO. ;)
