Weekend work...

Postby Omag 2.0 » Sun Mar 26, 2006 4:24 pm

My home airport... Ebos... I love the place... love it so much, I installed some nice scenery... and a little afcad-file... But it remained... so empty...

A sad sight, cause I know how the real deal looks... and PAI doesn't have any of the regulars, except Egypt Air Cargo...

So I had to bite trough the sour apple... and install the ai by hand... a daunting task, if you have never fiddled with ai before...

Countless hours I have spent, on just how to compile that illusive flightplan... only to find out that assigning aircraft is quite another thing... I've read lots of tips... searched for how-to files around the net... but in the end, it all boiled down to one thing... use your mind, be logical and try, try, try! ( no-one for example explains how to assign different liveries from 1 plane-type. Files are incomplete, airport-locations missing, etc...

But I did it... I got my regulars, and I'm darn proud I succeeded... ;D

African International!

Saudi Arabian Cargo!

MK Airlines!

And Egypt Air Cargo!

This is almost my airport as I know it...

Next plan? Making my very own flightplans for the lines I couldn't find... I want my Antonovs at Ebos!

Omag... quite happy at the moment...

 ;)

Always a nice airport... always something interesting to see.
Pity that it is already over the height of the exotic traffic visibility... they cleaned the place of the really shady ones a few years ago
