Not quite sure about a payware repaint, but alright.
note the word "looked". i dont think it would ever be. (its realy sloppy, i goggled a flag and pasted it in)

Hmm, I'd be interested to see what this looks like without jaggies.... may have to give it a try. Unusual look...
