It's a Freeware Camera utility by Flight1.... ;)

Similar to Active Cam... ;)

The best way to take screenshots. Its a freeware module available from flight1.com
You need a mouse with the scroll wheel and using a set of key commands with the wheel you can get and endless amount of awesome angles.

Basically it allows you to manouver around your plane in spot view more easily. but besides that it is also a utility to explore Virtual Cabins if availible . With some planes you can also go external in VC mode.. Try it with the Kirk Olsson F-16D series and the newest Dassault F-1 .  The keys to use are SHIFT and CTRL on your keyboard and also your scroll wheel on your mouse.

It's really a great program!
