not dumb...i had the same question
LOMAC=Lock On: Modern Air Combat...u can usually find it in an eletronics store (Best Buy, Circuit City), EB Games, or online if all else fails
be warned tho, you need a fairly decent computer with close to high-end graphics to run the game smoothly
