Here's a new Mike Stone release I don't believe has been introduced here yet..The Scottish Pioneer. Typical to a Stone offering, there is no VC, a decent modelling effort, fairly stable flight dynamics and a desperate need for a re-paint. But who's complaining, it's freeware. I've always had a soft spot for Stone's models as they're easy to install, simple to operate and very frame rate friendly. Hmm.... nice shots, the sky in #4 is very mean... standard M.Stone effort If someone put a lot of effort into reskinning the thing it might look a bit more seductive...

He makes them for himself and releases them to the community just to be nice, got to respect that....

Mike Stone always makes simple, enjoyable models. Although his models may not have a VC or incredibley detailed aircraft etc, his models are some of my favourite because of their simplicity and FPS-friendliness.

P.S. That kinda looks like some sort of old Cessna!

I personally love Mike's work...I have a ton of his planes...but ever since I have gotten into my Payware craze, I have forgotten him. Time to dig back into my hangar...thanks alot for the head's up Ben and Clip...
