I think if it was a poll of 'Heavies', perhaps it should be judged on empty weight? :)

I'm unable to choose between the An-225 and the MD-11.... the Mryia is just, well, big, and the MD-11 is so majestic.........

Which one??!! :)

Amended qualifications...Just really big...let's not eliminate too many heavies here. To give you all a better idea of "Heavy" criteria...... 737 no, Cessna 172 no, 7E7 yes, Dash 8 no, B1B yes, Cri Cri...too cute to eliminate... ;)

An-225 as most favourite, C-17 bloody nice ! and the A-380 is some interesting heavy metal.

But the Myria, you just need to have seen her in real. On word: Majestic. Putting together the huge size, the interesting design and the silent voice of the 6 engines !

I had the luck of seeing her once, and had that feeling, so I say:

AN-225 Myria all the way !

How about this

The Ekranoplan

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and, whatever you hit, call it the target.

There's no sense in being precise when you don't even know what you

i dont think it counts as a plane im not sure but it only flys 40 feet off the water (water only) uses the updraft to stay up just glides on a pocket of air get over the land loose the updraft... well... it IS only a 40 foot drop if you get what i mean
