,A couple of days ago, during my flight lesson, my instructor turns to me and goes "This time around, do a full-stop and taxi into the ramp." For the rest of the pattern, i felt like a had done something wrong. When i stopped the airplane next to a very nice G-V, my instructor leaned over and said "Its time to solo! You know what to do and you'll be fine." I was able to sqweak out an "OK". He hoped out and i started my taxi.

After the run-up, i pulled to the hold-short line, and made my closed traffic call.

55 KIAS and off I go!

1,000 ft and turnin crosswind

Abeam the numbers, 85 knots, first 10 degrees of flaps

My view turnin base...now comes the hard part

On final and battling a nasty crosswind (6 knots outta 200...lucky for me runway is 17
)
Thank goodness I am on the ground...and not a bad landing considering

It was a new experince for sure. Hard, but i would do it again in a heartbeat!
Thanks for looking,
maule
