Another close race but the Supermarine Spitfire IX prevailed! This classic beauty now joins the Eurofighter Typhoon and the Concorde in the SimV's "Best of the Best" Hall of Fame....

Americans don't vote. Anyway, most Spitfires were made in Canada, so there!

Nope, but I don't have the same opinions about the Concorde and the typhoon ;)

Concorde is in a class of it's own and has won righteously!!

The Typhoon is just blatant Ugliness!

Replace 'Eurofighter Typhoon' with either 'F14 Tomcat' or 'EE Lightning' and I'd agree entirely with the best of the best. Still can't believe the Typhoon won!

The Spit's beautiful, but it just can't compare to the beauty of the Hughes Speed Bullet..

I'm suprised the Typhoon won. The EE Lightning as we all know is far better looking (eh, Skynoz?)

However the fact that they're all British just goes to prove what we all already knew. No one makes good looking aircraft like the British. ;D

Right folks, all vote for the Lynx in the next one. ;D

No, the Typhoon is right were it should be.  I can agree that both the F14 and EE Lightning are aviation icons but they are not very beautiful.

Yep, you're right! People are forgetting that the French did some work on the Concorde too ;D
