always sad when a great machine is laid to rest.  The sr-71 and concorde are the sadesst I think as there still better at what they do than anything we have now  :'(

no, of course not !

You gotta know that every german Air-Force Base has a Medevac , not everytime a 71, but maybe a 70 or 72.
and there's one civil "Bundeswehr" Rescue base still on work, north of Berlin SAR-83
