This is a new airport, so Hamaguchi and Ochiai had to create a new island (just as the Japanese have to in real life every time they want to expand). I'm also using the new taxiway textures, so it won't look exactly the same on your computer unless you've downloaded them too.
The airport is Chubu Centrair International Airport near Nagoya, Japan. The island's shape was desgined so that sea currents inside the bay would flow freely. The airport now handles all of the commercial flights formerly handled by Nagoya (RJNA).
