I love this old bird! Flew in it when I was a kid at least a dozen times when my dad was transfered back and forth to overseas commands. Great job, rimshot! like that last one. :)

Mike stones models would look a lot better if the paints were more realistic.

Very nice shots btw :)

Mikes a/c are perfectly good, just dont expect payware quality and detail. Especially as they are FREE!  :D

Most of what I've seen and flown of his look fine, and run like a dream on my medium spec system.

And with Garry Smiths (or my  ;)) textures, you cant go wrong.

I don't like his aircraft for the following reasons:
No aircraft description
Non realistic paint jobs
Very Bland look, no small details modled
Not reflective
Not force feedback compatible
Poor Efects
Bland coctpits
Suspect areo dynamics

If you think thats the quality of non payware models please check out some of the good ones such as this Lockheed L-049A Constellation:
http://www.simviation.com/fs2004vintage32.htm

Nice screenies considering all the flaws I pointed out :P
5900xt/2800+/280GB/1GB PC3200/Cyborg Evo Force/ABIT NF7
Gpu clock: 475mhz core, 800mhz mem
CPU at: 12.5x175 = 2187.5
memory: 2.5, 3, 3, 8 Duel channel on
Os: windows xp pro, ubuntu 5.10 breazy badger

No aircraft description
Look one up and add it?

Non realistic paint jobs
Download the many repaints available.

Very Bland look, no small details modled
True, in places, but thats why it runs well on lower end computers. (Accesible to all!  :))

Not reflective
Should all aircraft be reflective?? If you want reflectivity, add it in the textures, it aint hard  ;)

Not force feedback compatible
I believe this can be added too.

Poor Efects
Easily ammended.

Bland coctpits
True, but can be replaced by add-on panels.

Suspect areo dynamics
No coment, the only things I have flown are light a/c and a glider!

Great shots Rimshot! 8) :D

And by the way lads, Mikes models may not be detailed, but they're perfect for the less powerful systems (like mine) and MP sessions. The frames are good, and they're enjoyable to fly :)
