What a sight and how intense... Just felt I had to share this!



To play this game full settings and highest screen res, the way that the producers envisioned it to be played, is amazing. Even my Halo2 and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory on the 'box dont come close... Its amazing....

Damn, should be rehearsing for the airshow should I make it..  ;D By the way, anybody know how to open TLC ports 28000-29100? I played FS Online on my other PC but not yet on this one and according to zone.com I have to open these ports. Any help appreciated, otherwise my friend will have to come and help me out tomorrow.  :)

Now that is good - no - excellent water reflections.  Why cant we get that in FSim?

That, IMHO, is one of the best games ever made for any console.

But the shadows in Half-life 2 are really not very good, apart from that it's an excellent engine.

I gotta agree, the shadows are blocky and not as you'd expect on a game like HL2.

That part of the game, along with the part with the Jeep, is my favourite. If you haven't completed it yet Alphajet, be prepared for a great game!

Awesome game, can't understand why I can't be bothered to finish it, preferring instead to fly from airport to airport above a virtual landscape listening to the drone/whine of engines...what is wrong with me, dammit?! Haven't played a computer game since finishing Beyond Good and Evil in April.

I havent seen Blocky shadows just yet... Maybe its a graphics issue. I got Half Life 2 mainly to try push my 7800GT and see what I can get out of it, and ive gotten so;e pretty amazing results so far Usually I get and play games on my consoles, but this looks better than anything on console.  :o
By the way, gotta play more Madden NFL 2006 on the 'box... havent really played it much yet... anybody else play Madden?

Great shots, I really love HL2. I already finished it 5 or 6 times. But I just can't get enough. I think I'm going to start it up again.  ;D

Same thing here. I'm running a 6800GT and no probs with the shadows.
