Jakemaster and Skynoz seem to think the F-14 is THE design.....who else agrees?

Provided it's a dogfight, and not a long range exchange of missiles. The Lightning. No question.

That's your opinion, I think a F-14 can dust the EE.... any time of day. ......even if the EE might be the nicest looking design, i think it can't do anything......nuf said.  ;) ;D

Luckily for the EE : This poll is all about the looks :)
And imho it wins this contest from the F14 with "its hand tied on its back" :P

I would if there was a decent Lightning out there (as in VC) and if I had FS2004 or even a computer to run it on. :P

Here's one for you Skynoz. Race from a standstill to 30,000 feet. Lightning or F14?

from standstill it would be the Lightning, that could go from ground level up to 30,000ft in a matter of minutes (under 5),
I also seem to remember reading an article on the Lightning vs the F-16 and the Lightning achieved "Lock On" more times than the Falcon,

Anyway the Lightning gets my Vote

I still think that VISUALLY the F-14 beats the lightning HANDS DOWN!  Nothing conveys such a sense of power as the F-14

LOL, Okay....I'm keeping this cool and really I like both aircraft but..... by you starting the following.....

EE Lightning. Beats the pants of all the other suggestions. ;D

Makes me want to reply on this as friendly riverly. I would dogfight you, but since mp has bad performance etc, I'm not gonna wast my time. I don't, have to every worry about getting in a real dogfight with a F-14 against a EE because I would just blow you out of the sky 50 miles away with my Phoenix missiles, Then standstill to full verticle to 30,000 would prolly beat u too. BTW, I'm gonna ask that question to a real aviation expert that knows alot about both aircraft. ;)

My opinion only. ;)

#1 EE Lighting.......Has good looks ....Good flight performance

#2 F-14.......Has the Good "American" looks.....Awsome flight performance.

Frankly honest......I can't beileave the EE can even fly by looking at it's design, lmao. ;D
