Could you give me an example of a panel that doesn't run/dispay well in full mode?

Most of them! The one I use most regularly is the panel in my SGA DC10, crystal clear in window mode but press Alt+Enter and go into full screen and some of the gauges are distorted or harder to read.



As you can see, the artificial horizon is distorted and most of the other gauges aren't as 'crisp' as they are in window mode.
