Aussie-style...

Postby Omag 2.0 » Mon Dec 26, 2005 10:39 am

What better way to explore the one continent I've been neglecting so far... Australia... after the Vista Australis VOZ 0.99 came out, I really am bringing my down-under part of the sim up to speed... some moodshots over Queensland...

Nice shots :) I tried to install VOZ manually, which didn't seem to work, simply by activating all the scenery. The landclas... or anything for that matter, doesn't seem to show up. I downloaded every Australasia/Oceania SRTM mesh file from SimV aswell! ::)

Don't forget to download and install the microsoft.net1.1 framework file or it won't work. I did the automatic install, no glitches there, but I couldn't get the texture switcher to work, until I downloaded that file...

Omag... still installing the mesh-files... why is Australia THAT big?  ;D

Nice one Omag. Reminds me of a great song from way back when...

Do you come from a land down under
where women glow and men plunder?
cant ya hear can ya hear the thunder
you better run, you better take cover

I don't think i've ever seen women glow, sounds like something worth investigating though.  ;)
