It was a china air sp that broke the sound barrier,had stabilizer damage

From what I remember, the aircraft was on A/P. One of the engines died and the airplane kept trimming itself to maintain the altitude, but it wasn't possible with 3 engines running. The aircraft then approached the stall and the captain disconnected the A/P without realising that the trim had changed. The aircraft then entered a steep uncontrollable dive and was recovered at 9,500 ft with a 5G pullout. It had major structural damage but was repaired and entered back in service a couple of months later.
