Is it just me or is there something wrong with that 747. It looks about 50 rows too short.

What was the budget cut? He took off in a 747 to go on an outing? Not like he took a bus to where he was going to save some money in the budget!

It's a 747SP.
They were built like that, with shorter fuselages and shorter second floors, to improve speed and fuel consumption, from what I know.

the 747sp is a shorter version of the 747, not many left out there

He took an SP instead of the -200, or is it -400

VC-25 is a B747-200 with -400 engines (PW4xxx)

ok so he saved a little money in the budget buy purchasing a new AirForce one with better fuel consumption rate to save on gas.
