Christmas time!

Postby Midnight_LS1 » Sun Dec 04, 2005 11:26 pm

While in Alaska with a Cessna Citation II during a sunset tour, I spotted an cabin with christmas lights on!

Pulled a 180* and landed there using short field method with pine trees in the way making for a steep jab, full reverse thrust.
It's tinsel tom place!

Taxing back to the base of the runway while sight seeing:

Hello frosty the snowman!

Quit barking, go and lick on those candy canes, I'm just lookin!

Great scenery and great shots...;)

...but the shots are too big, they must be 800x600 and not over 100Kb, and I am afraid they may be deleted shortly if a mod sees them. :-[

Fixed, made them brighter so some dark monitors can see well.

They weren't over 100Kb in the first place either, just the image wasn't 800x600.

now that is what I call a pad! Your own airstrip and garage to park your aircraft! (though I don't see one in the pic, I know one has to be there). Living la vita Travolta!
Its only in your mind, strong mind, strong soul and nobody can take that from you!
