My latest S-Tail

It has been a few weeks since my last SABENA repaint, so here's the next one : the Convair 440 Metropolitan in SABENA livery :)

A bit of history :
In the 50's, Sabena purchased Convair 440 'Metropolitan' twins to replace the earlier Convair 240 twins.  They were used successfully well into the 1960s across European regional destinations, alongside the Sud-Est SE-210 Caravelle 6 jetliners.

Great repaint Jeroen!!!!!!  ;D ;D ;D  Its a funny looking plane.. very ineteresting  ;)

BTW:  What did you do with the other reapints?  Have you, or will you ever upload them on a website  ???

BTW:  What did you do with the other reapints?  Have you, or will you ever upload them on a website  ???

The Sabena Dove & RAAF 707 textures can be downloaded here on SimV.
I have to ask permission to Mike Stone to upload the complete Caravelle package to SimV and if I don't get it I'll upload the textures to Avsim.
For the Sabena 707, I promised to the Historic Jetliners Group repainters that I would wait to upload the package to SimV 'till their site is updated with their own Sabena textures.  They said it would happen soon-ish ;D
And I'll upload this Convair 440 textures after the weekend
