Its the Northrop YF-23 Black Widow. It was one of the 2 aircraft competing against Boeing/Lockheed Martin's F-22. It flys nicely, but there isnt any VC or 2d panel, its still a nice plane and has supercruise! Manuverability is exceptional, think F-16 on steroids. It's one of the best fighters, with a really good model, textures, but watch your throttle. On takeoff you can easily find yourself going 500kts before you even get to 5000'.
