O.K. Here's the story...I take a few pics for the contest....I decide on one and although it initially looks dark, I decide to post it anyway. (In Dec. Contest forum of course). I write up the thread, click post, then realize that I forgot to put the pic onto the thread. So now I click on the thread "modify". I put in the forgotten picture and hit preview. I see that the compression makes the pick way too dark, as the essence of the pic is very subtle and if you can't see the effect properly it just looks like a lousy, dark pic. So I decide not to hit the "post" button and go back to the drawing board. Then I see that the title of the post is still in Dec. Contest forum so I click on the thread and hit "remove". Next morning I wake up, stumble over to my computer and see that there's a meaningless post (of mine) in the Freeware forum with a couple of annoyed responses wanting to know why I'd posted nothing but a title to a post....in the wrong forum....then for whatever reason I get this glass stuck in my face and can't tell anyone why an experienced poster like me would slip up to this extent...My lovely caring wife takes a photograph of my dilemma but leaves the glass in my face...typical...So after asking the V gang for some help, the glass gets smashed out of my mouth with a sledgehammer, then blown out with a semi-bloody automatic, I realize once the ringing in my ears has subsided that I got to give this rogue post some legitimicy so I take up a chopper and take another meaningless pic to post on the thread. Now it's a meaningless thread with an even more meaningless pic. The guys want to know if i've lost it.....how can I deny it?....worst part is I still don't have a decent contest pic.

I like the pic though, and it's a funny thread... are you going to tell us why or not though
