I agree with omag, the first one is great, the second is too "flat"... I don't know how to say: the sky is too blue.

My opinion over the trees is that they look far too bad (standard FS) to try to hide anything behind them. at least if they appear first in the picture or to close from the camera.

otherwise, it's very good, you really feel like being there and spotting the bird passing over
