fun with FS2004 glitches

Postby blueck » Sat Oct 29, 2005 6:30 pm

I like flying this junker-painted freeware DC6.  But suddenly out of the blue my engines went max throttle and I could no longer control them, nor could I cut the mixture/magnetos!!  (I have no idea what happened).  I kept gaining speed, I tried to land at a local airport, but was going way - way to fast.  So I decided to drown the engines and hope I can glide to a safe landing spot.  Well I found a nearly lake, came down low, skimmed the surface and when the props hit the water the engines died (thank god).  BUT, I lost all surface controls and the plane bounced up, caught fire and did a complete loop before crashing back into the lake.

Here is the screen shot of the fire.

I love glitches, lol.
