IR451 Tehran --> Hamadan: A Tale of Two Languages

Postby Mehdi » Sun Oct 23, 2005 12:05 pm

Hey everyone!

Buckle up for our early morning trip from Tehran, a Farsi speaking city, to Hamadan, an Azeri speaking city (thus my crappy title, but, hey, it still works!)  ;D

Anyway, enjoy!

Parked up at Mehrabad Airport - some nice traffic in the place, espeically in the domestic area.

Soaring to the skies!

Reaching Hamadan. Turning for the VOR Rwy 28 approach.
Image

Still turning - runway in sight.
Image

Touchdown! Softly and smoothly - uncommon for an Iran Air pilot!  ;D

At the parking spot at Hamadan Airport.

Thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed!  :)

someone did overwrite your sig picture...

Nice pics, but if you installed the iran AI pack, the flights in that one are quite fictional.

I have replaced the following ones with real schedules, which actually gives
- Iranair (summer 2005)
- Aria (from a merge between two flightplan sets so i have both the F50 and Tu-154)
Asseman (summer 2004)
Caspian (summer 2004 or so, haven't found the yak yet)
Kish (summer 2005 with the new MD80)
Mahan (summer 04 fstg, adds tu-154)
Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones),  Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and [url=http://an24.uw.hu/]An-24RV[/ur

Very fine shots, marvellous plane, paint job, angles, the works... and nice to see a less-common livery... The third especially lights my fire.. and stokes it to a raging, passionate furnace!!!

Er... Katahu?! :o
