DC-3 in, just a random guess, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For some reason one of the buildings looks like the base of one of the Patronas Towers.

What you read as THAI is probably TRAV which is on the side of the dak

You've all got the plane right, it's a DC-3, but the location is still undetermined....There is one critical piece in the puzzle that gives it away!..Keep trying.. ;D

Default DC-3 in San Francisco. I think I see the "big pointy building" (thanks GTA:SA) in one of those pieces.
