Maybe. Not really. It's just profiting from unintended glitches in MAAM Sim's policy.
But in the end, you've got an inferior (only half the panel, no original sounds, no documents) version of the plane, and all components for assembling it are obtained legally (via downlods officially put on the net by MAAM Sim (demo & update)).
