Guatemala

Just flying around in the skylane over Guatemala...

Not as much trees as you'd expect from a rainforrest...  :-/

One pic to make it all look a little better.

I think I discovered the World's narrowest runway! It's called Bananera (MGBN).

These shots made me realise how much better FS9 is than FS8  :(

Narrowest runway? Try to land at SESM, Rio Amazonas, Ecuador. What surprise!! ;)

Regards from Spain.

ironic ?  ;D

Greats shots anyway. !
For sure, the scenery lacks some consistency there, and the autogen density is far from being adequate...
PS: for the runway, I had a lot of fun in Packwood :)

:o
The runway is really narrow !

This kind of runways always surprise me in a bad way: when you're used to large runways, narrow runways make you think you're still too high, and suddently your tires touch the ground without notice :D

This would spark a topic in itself!

Shortest Runway
Longest Runway
Narrowest Runway (already cleared that up)
Widest Runway

Anyone know? :P

The shortest I know of is Portland Navy in Dorset, England (EGDP).

great shots!

if u want a great flying challenge download the Colombia Mesh pack from AvSim, install it and go from SKBO (Bogota) to anywhere in the north coast where you have to fly over the mountains, all usinf a pisto engined plane ;) u'll see great scenery and u'll be busy most of the time :)

happy landings!

========================================

EDIT: i had a crappy P.C before (now i have no P.C at all :() so that explains the lousyness of the shot, i found this shot on my online album, its the Colombia Mesh from AvSim and the Default sky-chicken, the shot was taken in FS2002.

if u wanna see more shots go HERE
