Avro Shackleton...

Postby lemoncat » Sat Sep 24, 2005 3:40 am

a new shackleton over at surclaro..this is an early taster of some models to be released in the coming weeks...no vc and a default panel stuck in for now..but very nice with animations to the radar pod and bomb bay doors...a lovely old gal :) :)

some heavy weather gives this old bird something to sink her wings into :)

Only the British could take a 1940's plane, add a 1950's radar and keep the whole thing operational intill the 1990's. ;D

Damn right! Think of the Canberra!

Looks like I'm gonna have to head over to Surclaro...

edit: Seems like my Surclaro account isnt working, and it won't send my password through! Is this available on any other sites atm?

Counter rotating props huh? Did they have those in WWII?

It's all in the details, very nice touch to whoever made that.

So lemoncat, in that last shot, is that a river of lava? :o
