The Borg in Star Trek resemble [by nature and motive] the Replicators of Stargate SG-1.

1. They both absorbe the latest technology and advance it.
2. They are both large in terms of numbers.
3. They both utilize the most efficient designs.

I like to see both of them going at it with each other.

The Borg vs The Replicators

Round One! Fight!

Those things are BIG, they look great looming through the clouds... they could be the answer to all our problems, if they could only be persuaded to assimilate all the hurricanes, terrorists, national debts, poverty etc that would be great. Perhaps Oprah could have a word with them?
