Buckeye Training

Postby killerbunny » Fri Sep 16, 2005 7:17 pm

Well, I found another trainer!  The North American T2c Buckeye, which is used by the US Navy for training trainee naval aviators to jet power, carrier operations, and armaments.  It isn't the prettiest aircraft around,  but still, I think its quite a cool plane.

But enough chitchat, I took it to the wintery Vancouver area for some testing :)

Enjoy!

This was my last trainer, now its time for something more serious.  I finally found an A6E Intruder so you know what to expect next ;)

I will use this one : "FS2002 US Navy Grumman A-6 Intruder. This plane represents the US Navy's A-6A Intruder Panthers."

Its an fs2002 model, but it works in fs2004.  I found it on www.flightsim.com.

I found a Boeing X32 JSF model there too, but that was an FS98/FS2000 model so i'm still looking for that one

Nice shots, where did you get that carrier Battlegroup ?

Love shot #7.

Is that an Ito plane ?

If not, does it have a VC ?

The battlegroup can be found here : http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/syb.c ... arrier.zip

Yes, its an ito plane and it doesn't have a vc.  It doesn't even have a panel.  But both panel and aircraft can be downloaded here : http://www.surclaro.com/
